Where we ship We currently ship to addresses across South Africa. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Couriers We use The Courier Guy for door-to-door deliveries and PUDO lockers for convenient self-collection at locker points nationwide. You will be able to select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

Packaging All perishable orders are packed in insulated polystyrene cooler boxes with ice packs to maintain the cold chain. We take great care to ensure your products arrive fresh.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

  • Door-to-door (The Courier Guy): typically 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • PUDO locker: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch; you will receive a notification when your parcel is ready for collection

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Recipient responsibility — door-to-door deliveries A responsible adult must be present at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may leave the parcel at the driver's discretion or return it to the depot. BLine Plaaswinkel cannot be held responsible for product quality or loss if a parcel is left unattended. If a re-delivery is required, re-delivery costs will be for the customer's account.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery destination. We aim to keep shipping costs fair and transparent.

Cold chain responsibility Once a perishable order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for maintaining the cold chain passes to the customer. We recommend refrigerating or freezing products immediately upon receipt.
