Jo-Marie has a true passion for sourdough and loves nothing more than experimenting in her farm kitchen, perfecting her craft. Everything is made by hand with care and love. Heuningfontein is also home to free-range chickens, eggs, lamb and fresh vegetables — Jo-Marie brings that same farm-fresh philosophy to everything she bakes.
