Christiaan Paulsen is a young professional who refuses to let the family farm stand still. Together with his wife, they farm Nguni cattle on the family farms Juta and Drukop, nestled close to the Caledon River in the heart of the Gateway to the Karoo. Christiaan balances his professional career with his passion for farming, while his wife takes the lead on the Farmcut beef products — ensuring every cut that reaches your table carries the care and pride of a true family farm. Nguni cattle are a hardy, indigenous South African breed known for their exceptional meat quality, adaptability to the Karoo landscape, and rich flavour.
